Thank you for choosing Ballaquark Bungalow. We want your stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and effortless. This page covers the main practical details. Full check-in instructions and any specific codes will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.

Check-in

Standard check-in is from 2:00 pm.

If you need an earlier arrival, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. You can also drop off your luggage earlier if needed.

Check-out

Please check out by 12:00 pm.

Late check-out may be possible by arrangement — just let us know. You can also leave your luggage with us until later if needed.

House guidelines

Please respect the property and other guests
No smoking inside the bungalow
Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings
Quiet times 10pm - 7am for the comfort of all guests, thankyou
Please keep shared areas (kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, patio) clean and tidy
Report any issues or damage as soon as possible

Kitchenette essentials (crockery, cutlery, glasses, kettle, microwave, air-fryer, toaster etc)
Washing machine, wash tabs and conditioner, Condensor dryer, Washing line and pegs
Breakfast (self service) Tea, Coffee, Milk, Hot chocolate, Sugar, Fresh orange juice, Various cereals, Bread, Butter, Jams etc
Access to the rear patio, with seating area, BBQ, Dartboard and games

Heating/Cooling

Hive smart heating is installed in the property
Simply turn the thermostat on the radiator to the required temperature
There is an electric blanket provided on the bed, simply set to your preference
Cooling - Open the windows to allow cool fresh air in the room, electric fans are also provided
Report any issues as soon as possible

Security/Safety

Blink security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property
The Isle of man has a very low crime rate
Please lock your room when leaving
Please lock the front door when leaving, if nobody is in the house
Fire extingiusher and fire blanket (in the kitchenette) Smart, Nest Fire and CO2 alarms installed
Report any issues as soon as possible

WiFi

Starlink high speed 300+mbps WiFi is provided, details will be provided on arrival or with your check-in information.

Parking

Free parking on the drive or road, please advise us regarding your vehicle/Vehicles when you book. We will advise the best place to park.

Before you leave

Check you have all your belongings
Leave the keys in your room or lock the property as you leave and pop the keys through the letterbox
Close windows and turn off lights, and other electrical items
