“I had a very pleasant stay at the house. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was also excellent value for money—definitely a steal for the price. Another great advantage was the location, as it was very close to the Douglas Ferry Terminal, making it extremely convenient to get to and from the property when arriving and departing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Carl and Lynn's. They are fantastic hosts and really do go an extra mile for the guests and are always on hand. Carl offered to pick me up from the airport and gave me a lift there, too. The kitchenette is stocked up with breakfast foods, bread, milk and bottled water. I had the single room, which was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had no car, but getting into town and back was easy on the local bus. The island is an absolute gem, the locals are warm and friendly. I highly recommend Carl and Lynn's place!”

The accommodation was clean, tidy and comprehensive including drinks, breakfast items, toiletries etc. The hosts were very accommodating with extra requirements and were very welcoming, hosting a BBQ one evening to catch up on the year in between. “Had a wonderful time standing at Carl and Lynn’s place. Easy access to Douglas Centre via bus or walking (40 minutes or so). The hosts are generous and offered help with airport transfers and such. Would recommend staying here, great experience :)”
